Head of MIP/MGAA -Dr. Dyah Mutiarin appointed as participant of ToT “Getting That Selection Right”/ Open Recruitment for Senior Executive Service Officer – which held by Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara/ Indonesian Civil Service Commission (KASN) in cooperation with Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) on 10-11 May 2017 / Batch IV in Denpasar-Bali.
Workshop ToT “Getting That Selection Right” Batch IV followed by 36 participants from Indonesia. Consist of the civil service from Ministries officials, Local Government officials and academicians.
This workshop, designed for Senior Executive Service officers who were delegates for the appointment of ongoing public servants. The issues involved development of open, merit based recruitment and selection process in the Indonesian civil service as required by the Civil Service Law No 5/2014.
Participants in this program are equipped with a broad knowledge of merit based civil service.
After complete the ToT, the participants should take a role and contribute to develop a merit system based in all government levels to perform a better quality open recruitment for Senior Executive Service Officers/JPT in Indonesia.
