September 16, 2017. The Student mobility program of MIP at Khon Kaen University was formally closed by the Chairperson of PA, Dr. Sataporn Roengtam and Chairperson of MPA Study Program, Dr. Sukanya Aimimtham.
In this closing ceremony, MIP students delivered a summary and message of impression during the student mobility at Khon Kaen University relating the message to the material on Seminar Public Sector Management in Thailand by Assoc. Prof. Sukanya Aimimtham, PhD., Thai Bureaucracy system by Assist. Prof. Wiyuth Jamrasphan, PhD., and Public Finance Management in Thailand by Weerakul Chaipha, PhD.

In summary, 11 MIP students participated in the student mobility program, and they were given an opportunity to compare and discuss social culture as well as the governance system among ASEAN countries such as, Thailand, Indonesia, Lao PDR and Philippines. In addition to the seminar, MIP students also took trips to Lao PDR and visited several villages and discussed with the people of Lao PDR.

MIP students also had the opportunity to visit some of the historic sites, temples and the famous, Mekong river dividing Thailand and Lao PDR. This student mobility is expected to increase the experience and knowledge of students about the understanding of culture, governance system, and society in other ASEAN countries.
