Master of Government Science in Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta (MGAA UMY) continues to develop its pathway to achieve as a superior study program in international sciences, therefore MIP held an Academic Visiting with Khon Khen University, Thailand. It aims to open up insights and experiences for MIP students to feel the atmosphere of academic learning with lecturers from abroad and is designed for students who have an interest in research and professional development in an international environment.
In this Academic Visiting event there were three lecturers from Khon Khen University who came to UMY namely Prof. Sekson Yongvanit, Assoc. Prof. Sataporn Roengtam and Assoc. Prof. Sukanya Aimimtham and four students from Khon Khen University.
Visiting academic activities there are several series of events in it, namely the Public Lecture with the theme “How to find the Research Gap and Formulate Research Proposal” by Prof. Dr. Achmad Nurmandi, M.Sc., NVivo Training, Research Method with Nvivo, Public Lecture from Assoc. Prof. Sukanya Aimimtham and the lecture “How to Write Literature Review and Journal Publication” by Eko Priyo Purnomo, M.Res., Ph.D.
The hope of this activity is to enrich his views, especially in helping him make research for his final research project and open the door for students to participate in the international arena “
