Surakarta, July 18, 2018. BNPT in collaboration with MIP UMY and Doctoral Program of Islamic Education UMS held a Workshop with the theme “Prevention of Radicalism and Terrorism in High School in Surakarta”. In the event attended by Brig. Ir. Hamli, ME as Director of Prevention of BNPT and some speakers from professors and teachers from Muhammadiyah schools in Surakarta City. The purpose of this workshop was to provide briefing and counseling to Muhammadiyah teachers in the city of Surakarta where they have an important role in the community in providing education to students. Therefore, with the holding of this workshop, teachers are expected to be able to educate students about the dangers of radicalism and terrorism that has spread to students in elementary schools to university students.
