FGD: Rohingya in Humanitarian, Religion, and Political Issues

On Tuesday, 5 September, 2017. The UMY postgraduate program conducted Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme “Rohingya in Humanitarian, Religion, and Political Issues”. The event was fully supported by MIP, MIHI, and MIH by presenting the speakers, namely the chairman of MDMC PP Muhammadiyah Mr. Budi Setiawan, Prof. Dr. Tulus Warsito, Rahmawati Hussein, Ph.D, and Ali Muhammad Ph.D. with moderator Dr. Ahmad Sahide.
This FGD discussed spiritual conflicts in various perspectives, the speakers reveal that basically the spiritual conflict is not only religious but also contains political and humanitarian elements. The discussion forum was also attended by MIP, MIHI, MIH students as well as some activists from the Indonesian Humanitarian Alliance for Myanmar (AKIM), and human rights activists.
