The MIP MGAA academic staff have visited the ANU as part of its internationalization program. For this academic visit, MIP/MGAA sent 15 lecturers to promote academic cooperation between MIP/MGAA and Department Political and Social Change of Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs – ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. The MIP /MGAA delegation held an academic seminar and meeting with Acting Head of Department Prof. Edward Aspinall and also Prof. Greg Fealy and 6 doctorate students under Coral Bell School.
From ANU, 6 doctorate students presented their research as well as Dr. Titin Purwaningsih and Tunjung Sulaksono, M.Si of MIP /MGAA presented their research on Kinship Politics and Transformation of Habitus and Capital in Madura. This academic visit brought enrichment to the institution into a future cooperation in research collaboration.
